  • All rights to custom music (e.g. custom dubplates) remain exclusively with the client once delivered, unless stated otherwise in writing.

  • All payments must be made upfront via our accepted payment providers.

2. Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a digital product (e.g. sample pack, preset pack, or course) has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions may apply only if:

  • The product was not delivered

  • You were charged more than once for the same item

  • The files are corrupt and we cannot resolve the issue

Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you believe you are eligible for a refund. Proof of purchase and other information may be required.

1-to-1 Lessons & Mentorship

Lessons can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

If we must cancel a session, you will be offered a new date.

Custom Services

Custom dubplates, custom sample packs, or any personalised work is non-refundable once production has started.
